What to do with vellum?

DATE:  Friday, July 15th from 7 to 9pm
COST:  $15

A few of my lovely ladies have asked me about incorporating vellum on their greeting cards.  It's the "what?" that people have trouble with -- what do I do with vellum?  We probably all have some vellum in our stash and it languishes there because we just don't know what to do with it.  I think most people purchased it originally to do dry embossing and then wondered "what else?"

This class will show you some clever but simple tricks and help you on the road to using that stash.  We will create three cards incorporating vellum that may surprise you in a good way!

Here's what we'll be doing:

I've included the gentlemen once again with this first card.  Of course, it is so generic that you could still send it to a lovely female acquaintance.  Just change out the card stock color for a brighter look.

This next card is my version of a card that Jennifer McGuire taught.  It's a very clever and useful technique.

This next card happens to be a favorite of mine.  I learned this technique many, many years ago and have kept it on a back burner for just this propitious occasion.  This card can be done two ways and I'll show you the alternative in class.
