Box Easel Card

DATE:  Sunday, August 4th

TIME:  12:30 - 2:30

COST:  $25

Yikes!  August already?  What happened to June and July?  I've got some fun classes lined up for you and will hopefully be using a few new products -- no promises, but I'll try.

In this next class we'll be making easel cards, but with a twist. They have a box at the bottom to hold the easel part of the card.  Surprisingly, they fold fairly flat for mailing.

So what's it all about?  Photos below are in no particular order, but we will start with the strawberry one since there's some drying time involved.  Just think about the many possibilities for these cards -- any occasion, any holiday, etc.

Here's the strawberry card...

This is a new die I decided to use...

And that familiar (but new) die - the Anemone!

Be sure and check the newsletter for the inks used for these cards.  Note:  I had used neon inks for the Anemone above, but have substituted Oxide colors in the newsletter.  Since this card is predominantly black and white, please feel free to color the anemone in whatever colors you may prefer.

There is one spot left in this class.  Don't delay - contact me via email, text or phone call to reserve this spot.

As always, I look forward to seeing you!

Donna

ANEMONE CARDS

 DATE:  Sunday, July 21st

TIME:  12:30 - 2:30

COST:  $25

No surprise here that I LOVE dies.  They are so versatile and can be used in many different ways.  Ergo, our next class.  I'll be using the Memory Box Anemone dies for three cards.  The look is quite different depending on what inks you use.  So let's get into it!  Below are the three cards we will be doing.

Our first card has a funky fold to it plus a pop up surprise when opened.  Take a look...

This next card is totally unusual in that we will be using black and white only.  Never heard of a black and white anemone?  Neither have I!  Who says we can't create in whatever colors we prefer?  You be the judge -- would anyone say to you "a black and white anemone?".  I don't think so, especially after receiving this stunning black and white project.

And as an extra bonus for you, I've created yet a third anemone with a great pop of color!  This is very reminiscent of a poppy flower, but again, who says we can't use out of the box colors?

Be sure and check the newsletter for ink colors and tools to bring to class.

This class is FULL.

As always, I look forward to seeing you all on the 21st!
